Mr Press has been working in the care business since he was 15 years old. He started in the family business at the The Avenue Care Home. He then went on and qualified as a RGN and gained experience within the NHS as a staff nurse.

He re-joined The Avenue Care Home as a partner and attained a Diploma in Management (DIPRSA). He later became proprietor and manager and therefore has valuable experience in managing and running a home.

Rayna Read

Rayna had a lifelong ambition to work in health and social care, at sixth form she studied Health & Social Care and Child Development.

Whilst her own children were young she worked in childcare. In 2010 Rayna started her career in adult social care and worked in the local community. By 2012 Rayna was working as a supervisor for community care.

In 2016 after studying Health and Social Care Level 3 she took her first post as a registered Care Manager. Rayna then completed her Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management. Rayna has been a CQC registered Care Manager for Community Care, arriving at Dauntsey House in 2022.

Rayna is now studying Health and Social Care at Level 7 and Operational Management.
